Carter BB-1 carb. 2 11/16" center to center on mounting. Adjustable main jet for use on 4, 6 or 8 cyl. vehicles. Excellent condition. Has been COMPLETELY disassembled, cleaned and put back together finger tight so you can install the new rebuilding kit yourself (takes 30 minutes--I don't want the insurance liability of doing rebuilding). Totally complete. Includes adjustable main jet, NEW accelerator pump and power valve springs, NEW throttle arm, NEW cable pull connection for throttle, NEW ethanol compatible gaskets and needle and seat rebuilding kit. NEW correct fillister head machine screws throughout. I have a 200 BB-1 carbs and can supply any mounting bolt or linkage requirement. I also have several N.O.S. BB-1 carbs as well as BB-2 carbs. Honda Civic Type R Mugen 200 revealed
Sun, 14 Feb 2010Honda has revealed the limited edition Civic Type R Mugen 200 Back in October Mugen announced that there would, after all, be a Euro version of the Mugen Honda Civic Type R. But only in limited numbers – just 20 cars hand-built by Mugen in the UK. This Mugen Civic Type R gets some much-needed mechanical and supension fettling, but costs a somewhat hefty £38.5k.
Alfa Romeo MiTo Quadrifoglio Verde at Frankfurt
Thu, 10 Sep 2009Alfa will be bringing the 170bhp Alfa Romeo MiTo Quadrifoglio Verde to Frankfurt Alfa Romeo has revealed that they’ll be bringing the MiTo Quadrifoglio Verde (MiTo four leaf clover) to the Frankfurt Motor Show next week, featuring a 170bhp Multiair engine as we reported back in June (goodness, we’re ahead of the game sometimes!). The ‘Quadrifoglio’ bit refers back to Alfa’s racing history, and was the emblem used on those cars and was most recently seen on special editions of the Alf GT and 147. But the biggest news, apart from the extras and the paint job, is the clever Multiair system that Alfa is busy introducing.
Porsche reveals extreme 911 GT2 RS
Tue, 11 May 2010Porsche has revealed its most powerful and arguably most extreme road-going 911 to date: the GT2 RS. The new rear-wheel-drive road rocket will debut publicly at the Moscow auto show in late August and will go on sale in the United States in October. The GT2 RS, to be built in a limited run of 500, is powered by the latest evolution of Zuffenhausen's 3.6-liter, twin-turbocharged, horizontally opposed six-cylinder engine, tuned to deliver a Le Mans-grade 620 hp.
