Our story:
Our owner and CEO grew up learning the value of hard work.  He was raised in a small Texas town where he worked for less than minimum wage during high school as a newspaper reporter and photographer.  His journey led him to Oklahoma, California and back to Texas.
His experience in selling surplus began at age 12 when he would accompany his father to an electronics sale in Dallas.  He also grew up attending auctions where he learned the skills necessary to know when to bid and when to walk away.  In 1996, he began selling items from his garage on ebay.  He developed his "niche" by buying old cell phones and re-selling them for a profit.  Over the next few years, his business grew.  He even wrote an online book entitled, "How to Make $1,000 in a Weekend at Garage Sales"....which he sold as an successful e-book to help them start their online business.

WARRANTY / RETURNS:

Should you experience a problem with your order or product, please do the following:

We cannot resolve your issue if you do not give us a chance to do so.

2.  We only accept returns if they:

      a.  Are within the warranty period listed on the item.  Most items carry a 14-day guarantee. 

      b.  If you order the wrong size, be aware that you will have to pay to ship it back to us and you will be charged a shipping fee to ship the correct size to you.

We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for orders with wrong sizes.  Please understand it costs us money to re-list an item, restock an item and to re-ship an item to you!

SHIPPING TERMS: Alaska, Hawaii and any area outside the US 48 states will require additional shipping fees.

We ship using fedex home delivery (ground), US Mail and Fedex Smartpost. 
Smartpost is a combination of fedex and US mail.  We use Smartpost for shipments that weigh between 2-7 lbs due to the excess costs to ship.  Smartpost can take up to 14 days for delivery.  If you prefer a faster shipping method, additional charges will apply and you must contact us before purchase or immediately after purchase so we can make arrangements to meet your needs.
