The Auto Rust Warrior ® Rust Control module attaches to your regular car battery and draws about as much current as your cars clock. The Auto Rust Warrior ® module is based on the principle that corrosion is an electrochemical reaction, oxidization, which can be controlled electronically. The rusting process begins with the loss of negative electrons that permit iron and oxygen to combine to form rust. The faster iron combines with oxygen, the faster the metal deteriorates. The metal body of a vehicle has a more positive electrical charge at the area where rust is occurring because electrons are robbed.
The electronic corrosion control process introduces a negative surface charge to the metal body which polarizes the microscopic layers of electrical charges that occur along a corroding metal surface.
In essence the
module makes it very difficult for the opposite charges of iron and oxygen to connect. Since they are hindered by polarized layers of charges, the negative surface charge - and its corresponding polarized charge layers - reduces the rate of which the iron and oxygen combine, slowing down the corrosion process. We broke the news that Lamborghini were planning a roofless version of the Reventon Coupe back in March, and apart from the fact that no one believed our ‘Scoop’ – and we had Lamborghini on the phone asking us to retract the story – we were sure the information we had was real. So it was more than a little gratifying when were able to report that Lamborghini were doing a private reveal of the Reventon Roadster in July and finally the Lamborghini Reventon Roadster was launched at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September.

2014 (or is it 2015?) Ford Mondeo to launch in UK & Europe late 2014
Fri, 31 Jan 2014The new Ford Mondeo will now arrive in the UK in late 2014 The story of the new Ford Mondeo for the UK Europe (which should have been the 2013 Mondeo but will end up as the 2014 or 2015 Mondeo) has been a bit tortuous. Despite the new Mondeo being on sale in the US as the Ford Fusion since summer 2012, and in China since summer 2013 (and the reveal of the production version of the Mondeo over two years ago and a set of new Mondeo photos too), Ford’s decision to shut up shop at Genk in Belgium – the Mondeo’s traditional manufacturing plant – meant there was no way to give Europe the new Mondeo. So we’ve had to wait for Ford to sort out production lines in Valencia to build the new Mondeo but now, according to Mark Ovenden – Ford’s UK boss – the new Mondeo will arrive in the third quarter of 2014 in the UK and Europe.
