You are bidding on a Cadillac LaSalle Banjo Steering Wheel and Cadillac Horn button sorry no horn ring is included.  Stainless steel bars, base and horn button is all in good condition however the steering wheel grip ring is cracked and separated on the steering wheel will have to be redone.  Very common for these to be cracked, the metal ring underneath is in good shape.  This type steering wheel is one of the prettiest made because the stainless steel bars have an offset.  I try to describe item as best I can and show all I can so please ask any questions if needed. Thank you. Used on assorted hot rods also.  Study photos and ask any questions.
