Up for auction is a "Master Guide Power Steering" horn ring for a 1954 ford car. Also included is the center section for a 1955 ford horn ring. The bottom part of the 54 can be cut off and welded to the 55 part. Those of you looking for this will know what I am referring to. The chrome is not terrible, but will need redone after welding, unless you are using the 54 ring for a 1954. There are some pits on the center section where the medallion is, but nothing really deep. I polished for a minute just to clean up some areas to see what was underneath the crud. These horn rings are getting pretty dang tough to come by. If you have any questions, please ask. Mon, 05 Oct 2009The blues and twos on a Mitsubishi MiEV It appears that since Mitsubishi took the MiEV to the National Police Show last month they’ve been inundated with requests from Police Forces around the UK to test the car. With it’s top speed of 81 mph and range of 100 miles we can’t quite see the MiEV being used as a pursuit car. In fact the only place it would be of any use is in town, but for what it’s worth we’d much rather see plod pounding the beat than floating around in a Noddy-Mobile.
