1956 - 57 Buick Power Steering Pump Assembly    NO.2

This is a power steering pump bracket for I believe a 1957 Buick but not 100% sure.. This should fit Buick Super, Roadmaster, Special & Century models and possibly other GM models such as Chevrolet, Pontiac and Oldsmobile but please check. I've seen other listing of these stating they were from a 1956-57 Buick. No visible part numbers are on the item. This came with a lot of 1956,57 Buick parts I acquired from a neighbor. Please look at the photos and ask any questions. I also have some other 56, 57 Buick parts so please look at my other listings. I will combine S&H if possible on multiple orders.

Citroen DS5 – First video tease?

Fri, 27 Aug 2010

Citroen DS5 Hybrid diesel electric – is the video below the tease for the concept? Despite our original scepticism (grumpy old man syndrome) that Citroen were intent on wrecking their history by cashing in on the DS tag – and badge engineering prosaic product with an iconic badge – we’ve been pretty much won over by the first offering from the upmarket DS range – the Citroen DS3. So we were happy to see Citroen pushing forward with the next in line- the DS4 -with its DS4 / High Rider Concept which we saw at Geneva earlier this year.

Court order BANS publication of VW’s Luxury car security codes

Tue, 30 Jul 2013

Bentley is just one of VW’s marques whose security has been compromised There have been plenty of stories around in recent years of car makers’ security systems being easily hacked by spotty boys with a laptop, and now a scientist at Birmingham University has cracked VW’s Megamos Crypto system that protects cars like Bentley and Porsche. Flavia Garcia has cracked the code that transmits between VW’s luxury cars – like Bentleys and Porsches – and the key fob, which potentially fatally compromises VW’s security. Garcia had planned to publish his paper on the fatal flaws in the Megamos Crypto system at the Usenix Security Symposium in Washington next month, but a judge has put the kybosh on that.
