Original steel hood removed from a 1970 MGB-GT.  It is in good condition overall, with a few spots of surface rust. Also has rust under the front lip (where it would not be noticeable when installed on the car.  There are small dents on both sides of the front-center hood crest.  One should pop out but the other will require some bodywork because there is a crease.  Looks like original color was yellow and there is just one coat of red on top.

I'm listing this as "local pickup" but I'm willing to ship it if buyer pays full actual cost plus a $30 crating fee.  Please contact me before bidding if you're interested in shipping and we'll figure out what it would cost.

For now the car maker isn’t giving much away, although it has revealed that the new car will be a five-door model. And while the new Viva will be a significant step up in terms of refinement and sophistication over its 1963 namesake, it’s clear that Vauxhall is keen to tap into the current trend for producing low cost cars that’s proved so successful for the likes of Dacia.
