1973 Gmc Motorhome , '73 GMC 23-foot motor home. VERY RARE, collector item

Sold as is. Located in Panorama City,\.

--38,000 miles. Mechanically works great. Interior needs some work. 
--Sink, toilet and shower all work--
--Rear suspension airbags need some troubleshooting. Right bag doesn't hold air. 

Repair and Services Completed. 

--Installed New battery, cables also wiring to coach, replaced solenoid switch, sublet overhaul/rebuild starter. 
--Brakes: Replace master cylinder. Front break and rear brakes are great. Removed rear drums iand inspected brake shoes which are like new. Sanded them to fresh them up, repacked grease and rear wheel bearings with new seals. Adjusted rear brakes, flushed and bleed breaks with new fluid. Adjusted rear hand brake cables. 
--Installed all new tires. Firestone Transmode
Engine: Removed carburetor and intake manifold Restored intake and painted burnt orange metallic. Installed with new gaskets. Replaced carburetor update linkage with new parts. Replaced air cleaner assembly. 
--Installed new electric fuel pump with regulator.
--Removed Gas tanks --Replaced all fuel hoses and gas vapor system hose
-Cleaned spark plugs and re
--Gas tanks are like new
Oil filer service, replaced oil filler and neck hose.
Replaced all coolant hoses and filled system with new coolant and bottle water. 
R&R alternator sublet rebuild, replaced bel also an water pump belt
Removed transmission pan and installed new filter 
Removed differential covered and clean paint metallic gold.
Replaced right side Airbag 2 times and needs new air system and modern upgrades.
--Replaced water pump, drain valve and all hoses filled system. --Sink, toilet and shower all work

Gesture-controlled Audi wins VDA Design Award

The German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA) has announced the winner of its 2013 Design Awards, which asked students from across the world to submit their final graduating projects completed between October 2011 and July 2013. Eric Leong from Sweden's Umeå Institute of Design, came in first place with his 'Audi Elite' project, earning himself €4,000. Leong's single-person vehicle can be controlled using the entire body through gestures and movements, and adapts to the needs of the driver, giving them more control.

Merc has responded - and today presents the new estate. It’ll be shown in the metal at September’s Frankfurt Motor Show and then go on sale in the UK in summer 2008.

But the firm’s stand had something for everyone, with 34 models including the new C3 Picasso, BMW X6-like Hypnos concept and even a hybrid World Rally Championship car.  This was the first car the firm unveiled in Paris and the one it spent most time talking about. It’s a Renault Modus-rivalling baby people carrier which goes on sale early in 2009.
