General Motors GM Assembly manual for 1974 Pontiac GTO, Lemans, Grand Prix, Grand Am. A great manual for anyone restoring their car. These manuals were used by the GM factory workers. The manual is illustrated showing the parts and how they fit together. The manual is still in the original shrink wrap, but it has been torn and it is taped closed at one end. Still, the book itself looks new and is in great condition. Most of the items I offer are from sales, thrift stores, etc. I describe items very accurately and honestly. Please look at pictures for additional description and feel free to ask questions if you have them! Nissan LEAF: First UK deliveries
Mon, 21 Mar 2011Mark Goodier gets the first Nissan LEAF delivered in the UK It’s taken a while, but Nissan has finally got the Nissan LEAF on the road in the UK, with the first two customers picking up their cars this morning. Nissan dealers Glyn Hopkin in Waltham Abbey had a pair of nice, shiny, black Nissan LEAFs all prepped and ready to go this morning to the first two UK customers – DJ Mark Goodier and electronics engineer Richard Todd. Mark Goodier – once a Radio 1 key player but now out to pasture at Smooth FM – was the first to drive off in his LEAF, subsequently commenting on Twitter that “…I had a great smooth drive into London today”.
Mercedes-Benz backs Smart with ads, deals
Tue, 12 Jul 2011Smart USA will launch a TV, print and digital marketing campaign by year end to jump-start the struggling microcar brand that Mercedes-Benz USA took over on July 1. "People are not avoiding the brand or the product, but there is a great majority of people who are not aware of the brand," said Tracey Matura, the new general manager of Smart USA. Mercedes is also offering lease and finance deals for the Smart brand through its Mercedes-Benz Financial Services captive finance arm.

Fri, 30 Mar 2007Alfonso Albaisa has been appointed vice president of Nissan Design Europe (NDE) located in Paddington, London, effective April 1, 2007. Albaisa replaces Satoru Tai, who will return to Japan. In his new role, the 42-year-old Cuban-American will head a team of more than 50 international designers, modelers and support staff.
