These are believed to be home made steel kick-up pegs for the 1986/1987 style Honda TRX250R frame.
No idea if these will actually fit that model, this is an item that has been laying around for a while and I do not have a frame to bolt these on.

Just going by they came with a 1987 Honda TRX250R parts lot and look like they may fit by the bolt pattern.

Update 16/04/2010: And to completely trash this article, we now have confirmation that the 2011 Audi A8 L will come complete with W12. Oh, well.
