I am parting out a 1991 Suzuki GSX1100G that I purchased from a colleague. The bike is in fairly good shape with a lot of very nice parts. He had started to fix the bike up but ran out of time and interest.
The end weight is in fair shape. The end is scratched some but otherwise the chrome is in decent shape. All parts are sold AS IS. Aston Martin DBS R in the works?

If the rumours are true, and we’re starting to think they are, then the DBS will be following in the footsteps of its predecessor – the Aston Martin Vanquish. The Vanq got an upgrade package after a few years to the Vanquish S (but it seems unlikely that AM will dub the upgraded DBS the DBS S, but who knows?).

This week is the Detroit Auto Show, but car makers are already releasing details of their offerings for the next car show at Geneva in March. Today, BMW has joined that list by announcing they will launch the BMW M Performance Automobiles division at the Spring show.

Sat, 09 Jun 2012The Volvo S60 Polestar – a BMW M3 basher – is due to debut in Gothenburg on 16th June 2012 and could get as much as 500bhp. Yes, Volvo are busy downsizing their engines and trying to up the quality perception of their cars at the same time, in an aim to join the proper premium club inhabited by the likes of BMW, Mercedes, Audi and Jaguar. But that doesn’t mean Volvo should forsake performance in their cars, because even if performance models are not the bread and butter for premium car makers they are the golden halo that casts a premium gloss on lesser models.
