parting out my 1995 eagle talon tsi awd. this is a 1995 manual 5 speed transmission that was rebuilt within the last year and has just under 500 miles on it since the build. The transmission was rebuilt by dogbox racing, and I have the original receipt which says it has a heavy duty 3rd & 4th gear cluster, a dif hat, and a welded center differential. The trans was repainted silver with what appears to be spray paint, so it was peeling away at the bottom area. The transmission works great with no problems in all gears accept first gear, it will not engage and only grind. 2nd gear takes off just fine as a first gear with great response. The only other problem with the transmission is that it needs at least 1 new axle seal replaced, most likely the passenger axle shaft seal from what I could tell with it installed. The leak is not a constant drip, and only after a warm drive it will slowly drip. The transmission was never ran on low oil though. There are also no cracks or chips in the transmission. Comes with everything shown on the transmission, including the reverse light sensor/switch as well as the speed sensor which both test out perfect. also installed is the through out bearing. As you can also see, it comes with the upgraded polyurethane mount,also included are the mounting brackets for in front / behind the transmission for those motor mounts.
