New Infiniti G Series to debut at 2013 Detroit Auto Show
Sun, 21 Oct 2012The new 2013 / 2014 Infiniti G Series will debut at the Detroit Motor Show in January before going on sale later in 2013. Infiniti may not have managed to make the biggest mark on the car landscape in the UK, but the news of a new G-Series is interesting because it seems likely it will offer a more interesting design and more Europe-focused powertrains. The current Infini G37 comes as a 3.7 litre V6 and nothing else, which doesn’t exactly help sales in Europe where economy and CO2 levels are a bigger driver of sales than they are in Infiniti’s main market, the USA.
Ferrari F12 TRS: the one-off made for the 2014 Ferrari Cavalcade
Mon, 23 Jun 2014By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 23 June 2014 10:25 This Ferrari F12 TRS is a new one-off Ferrari F12 barchetta shown at the weekend's Ferrari Cavalcade, a parade of 90 prancing horses on the Italian island of Sicily. It just goes to show that for the wealthiest customers, even a £239,000 Ferrari coupe isn't good enough... An anonymous Ferrari owner commissioned the bespoke model, which is based on the F12 Berlinetta and said to be inspired by the 1957 250 Testa Rossa. It's an 'extreme, two-seater, open-top sports barchetta,' says Maranello.
Pininfarina B0 at the Paris motor show 2008
Wed, 08 Oct 2008By Guy bird Motor Shows 08 October 2008 11:18 The Pininfarina B0 (that's ‘B-zero’, not body odour) was one of the hidden gems of the 2008 Paris motor show. The full electric vehicle is arguably the first EV you’d actually want to buy for its design. By late 2009 you will be able to – almost unchanged from this show car – for circa £18,000, with plans for mass production to follow.
