Engine does have low compression (measured by feel) and piston looks to have some grooving on the skirt, cylinder wall appears decent (see photos). Cases show signs of having been split open before, not sure what was done to it, may need a crankshaft but main bearings dont show any sign of up/down play. Engine should fit into  1999-2002 Honda CR125's without modifications, however fitment is your responsibility.

Renault Clio facelift for 2009

Thu, 05 Feb 2009

The facelifted Renault Clio for 2009 - Due to launch at the Geneva Motor Show in March As with most car makers, Renault is going for the ‘Family’ look, and has grafted a new nose on the Clio to make it look like its big brother, the Megane. So it gets a new front end with new headlights, slitty grill and an air intake at the bottom. Big play is being made of the Clio GT (which Renault says will give more people more Va Va Voom!), and these are the pictures we have here.

Whos Where: Victor Nacif, VP Design, Nissan Design Europe

Thu, 06 May 2010

Victor Nacif started his new role as Vice President of Design at Nissan Design Europe last month, having recently relocated from San Diego, California. Car Design News caught up with Nacif, an avid racing fan, at last weekend's FIA GT1 World Championship race at Silverstone, in which a Nissan GT-R piloted by team Sumo Power garnered the win. Nacif comes to NDE following a six-year stint at Nissan Design America where he held the role of Vice President of Design Business Aspects.

One Lap of the Web: Stuck in the mud, and eye surgery ahead of the Mint 400

-- Take a tour of the Koenigsegg factory, which is really a hangar once used by the Scania Air Force Wing, proving that jets really weren't born from old Opels. See the One:1 that recently made its debut at the Geneva motor show, as well as the Agera R that was used in Need for Speed. One guy spends 50 (that's five-oh hours) hours detailing a Koenigsegg for the Geneva show, which if you think about it isn't really that bizarre.
