This is a Buy It Now auction for a 6.0L Ford Super Duty Powerstroke welded EGR cooler delete. It will only fit '03 and early build '04 powerstroke with a round cooler as the one pictured in the gallery photo. Late '04 and '05-'07 have a square cooler and those mount differently. There are several advantages to using this type of cooler, the greatest one in my opinion is it allows the exhaust system to remain stable and not vibrate which eventually causes the bellows on the up-pipes to crack then leak. Not a fun issue to resolve. This cooler has been tig welded by a pro and this cooler was not leaking when it was removed from the engine it was installed on. Due to this diligence we have not had a single freight claim for any items shipped, other than 2 that were completely lost by the carrier in the past 5+ years .
