2015 Volkswagen Jetta facelift price & specs – costs from £18,815
Tue, 12 Aug 2014The facelifted VW Jetta is now on sale in the UK The Volkswagen Jetta – a VW Golf with a boot – is getting a bit of a facelift for 2015 (although you’d be hard-pushed to see the changes) and now, after its reveal at the New York Motor Show in April, it’s going on sale in the UK. Although the cosmetic changes to the Jetta are minor – the usual tweaks to the back and front, including a revised grill – VW claim the small changes it’s made result in a Jetta that’s ten per cent more aerodynamic (which makes you wonder why they didn’t do it earlier). The visual changes inside are just as minor, with a new steering wheel, new trims and new fabric options, with ambient lighting fitted to the Jetta GT.
What happened to the Bentley GT Speed Top Gear took rallying?
Thu, 31 Jan 2013We asked Bentley what happened to the Continental GT Speed Top Gear took rallying in the first episode of Series 19. All that Top Gear did to the GT Speed to prepare it for the rally stage was to chuck out the comfortable, quilted Mulliner front seats and replace them with proper racing seats. Other than that, it was all down to the Bentley’s suspension and enormous torque to take on the worst roads Wales could throw at it.
Honda Personal-Neo Urban Transport (P-NUT) concept
Wed, 02 Dec 2009By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 02 December 2009 21:58 You can always rely on the Japanese car makers to invent the craziest names. Honda didn’t disappoint at the 2009 Los Angeles auto show, with the new P-Nut concept car. That stands for Personal-Neo Urban Transport, in case you were wondering. It’s quite a different kettle of fish (bag of nuts?) from last year’s striking supercar hybrid concept car shown a year ago almost to the day.
