Shipping  Policies: 

  • You are welcome to pick up your item at our location in Tampa, FL 33610. Address available upon request.
  • Shipping prices for ground apply only to the continental U.S. Shipments to AK, HI, PR, VI, GU, NMI, AFO/APO may be subject to a surcharge. Some items cannot be shipped to these regions. 
  • Process time for shipping is 1 business day
  • Any international customs fees must be paid by customer.
  • Please note that we will only ship to the same billing address that payment is made from, unless otherwise specified.
  • To pass our shipping savings onto you, we may alternate between FedEx, USPS or Trucking Freight Shipper, depending on which is cheaper and/or faster.

Please note:

  • Oversize items like bumpers, doors, door panels, hoods, trunk lids, engines, transmissions and other similar items will be shipped via Freight or Greyhound Bus Lines. After you purchase such an item, you have to immediately provide us with your full name, phone number and the closest Greyhound bus station near you, where you will be willing to travel and pick up your item, or a business address with loading dock or forklift for freight deliveries.

Return Policy: 

  • All returns must be made and will be accepted within 14 days of item being received by customer, and only if the item is non-functional or if it differs substantially from the description!
  • Please ask questions prior to bidding and verify the fit in your application with your local dealer or an independent source! 
  • Customers are fully responsible for the shipping cost of the return. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable! Most of our products are offered with free shipping, meaning shipping has been included in the price to provide you with the total cost of the order. You will be refunded the purchase price less our shipping costs as soon as item is returned to us.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Do not buy electronic parts for testing purposes. In such case, we will not accept the return. Any returned electronics, radios, modules, computers will be tested when returned and double checked before we issue you a refund. Please ask questions before purchasing.
  • We are not liable to pay for any labor fees associated with the installation or removal of any parts we sell. 
  • We accept product returns on incorrect or unwanted parts, (except electronics) but they are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchased price. Also keep in mind that shipping cost is non refundable.

  • We offer limited warranty for the 14 days return period; we advise you to use the 14 days to install and check for the functionality of this part.
  • Item must be returned in the original condition in order to qualify for warranty.
  • Any attempt to disassemble the part will void the warranty.

Final designs for the 2025 Highway Patrol Vehicle from worldwide design studios are in for the Los Angeles Auto Show Design Challenge. Design studios from BMW DesignWorksUSA, General Motors, Honda North America, Honda Japan, Mercedes-Benz and Subaru are fighting it out to be honored in the annual contest by showcasing their creativity and talent. This year's Design Challenge asked automotive design studios to create a highway patrol vehicle for 2025 that tackled the ‘protect and serve' aspect while considering emissions, population growth and transportation infrastructure.
