This chassis was under a older restoration I purchased to build a hotrod. Rebuilt engine w/less than 3000 miles, new radiator, new water pipe w/petcock, new radiator hose w/clamps, rebuilt distributor (modern), rebuilt carburetor, new air maze filter, rebuilt generator, rebuilt starter, four 4" white wall tires B.F. Goodrich Silvertown on 5X19 wheels (70%), one new black wall B.F. Goodrich on 5X19 wheel spare tire, new lug nuts & washers, new battery box w/hold-down frame, new spring shackles front & rear  

Men 'twice as likely to fall asleep while driving'

MEN ARE more than twice as likely to fall asleep at wheel while driving and almost half (45%) admit to having experienced 'warning nods' while driving. One in 14 drivers surveyed by safety charity Brake said they had actually fallen asleep when driving, while 45% of men said they had continued to drive despite their head nodding through tiredness. For women, the proportion that admitted driving while sleepy was 22%.

General Motors Co., working to cut its U.S. brand count in half as part of its restructuring, is trying to complete a deal to sell Hummer to China's Sichuan Tengzhong Heavy Industrial Machinery Co. for about $150 million, Bloomberg News reported Thursday.
