This is for a long block with less than 500 miles on:
Block Inspection and Fresh Hone
New 13:1 Dome Pistons
Rings
Head work
Main and rod journal bearings.

I purchased this from an older machinist that had it in his very clean 55' Nomad. This engine is solid and produces 500+hp in its current setup.

Unfortunately, I didn't follow through with my drag build and have changed interests.

Block Casting #3963512 - Date code C31-70
1969-1970 Big Block Chevy 427 2 Bolt Main Block .03" over

Cylinder Head Castings # 391840 - Date codes J3108 - Matching
1965-1969, 105cc, Hi Performance Rectangle Port, Closed Chamber Head
Factory 396 375hp and 427 435 hp.

Forged Crank Shaft and Rods.
Balanced and capable of surviving 7k+ RPM operation.

The heads were serviced with New Valves and Freshened seats. Triple Spring Valve Springs to aid in high RPM.

I do not know if the Valves are stock or oversize or do I know the brand of Camshaft. It is however a Hydraulic Flat Tappet and was told to have a bit over .600 lift and 320 duration. High Volume Oil Pump. Old School Deep Sump Oil Pan

This will idle and is street-able, especially if someone lowered compression.
OR
Throw in a more aggressive Camshaft and hit the strip.

$5,000 and will entertain reasonable offers.

Can negotiate between two Intake Manifolds and a Holley Mechanical Fuel pump into a deal if needed for your application.

If you need it shipped I can look into shipping via freight through my work.
