6.5l Or 6.2l Diesel Cylinder Head on 2040-parts.com
Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, US
This is a used cylinder head from a '99 Chevy 6.5L turbo diesel. I bought this as part of a turbo upgrade I was going to do on my diesel K5. I now have a child and need to focus on other priorities. It was professionally removed from a running engine and has been in my garage ever since, protected by a generous coating of "diesel sweat" (oil & grease). It's part number is #10137567. I will be posting the other head soon, there's just a lot of stuff in my garage and I'm too tired and lazy to do it tonight. Happy bidding.

2013 Ford Fiesta production starts
Mon, 12 Nov 2012Ford has started to build the new 2013 Fiesta at their plant in Cologne which means the new Fiesta will be in a showroom near you soon. The facelift for the 2013 Fiesta sees the arrival of the ‘Aston Martin’ grill bolted to the front of the new Fiesta – a pitch for the AM Cygnet contract, perhaps – together with new headlights with LED running lights and a bulge up the bonnet. Small changes, but they do make the new Fiesta bolder, even though it loses some of its finesse in the process.
Kia GT concept (2011) at Frankfurt motor show
Mon, 12 Sep 2011When CAR visited Kia’s Korean test facility in Namyang back in April 2011, there were several clues to suggest the company was looking into some kind of high-performance saloon: we saw an M3 and a Nissan GT-R in the car park, plus a senior engineer told us that he and the team often pondered what it would be like to build a – very specific this – V6 turbo, rear-wheel drive sports coupe. Board members, meanwhile, suggested we wait until the 2011 Frankfurt motor show to see what performance treats they had planned. Well, here’s the first glimpse of what all those clues could mean: the Kia GT.
