69 / 70 Cougar Trunk Prop Rod Kit

This listing is for 1 Trunk Prop Rod as shown by the pictures below. 

This item was made specifically for the 1969 / 1970 Ford Cougar.

It is commonly called a Trunk Prop Rod, but others refer to it as a deck lid prop.   

 

It was manufactured by our sister company here in the USA and is an exact replica, made to the original prints of the part, including the same plating method ( not chrome !!!!!).   

The kit includes the rod, side clip, and end clip as pictured below.  Note the rod with the clip attached to the end is turned down exactly as the original. 

Our sister company has made these for well over 10 years and sold these to many catalog houses in the USA. 

Therefore,  when you purchase from us, you are buying a  quality part.  Do not be fooled by the cheap imitations!!!!

Bentley has a great motorsport history, but its current crop of cars – even the new Continental GT Speed – are heavy grand tourers rather than sports cars.
