The foam surrounding one of the duct openings has deteriorated and fallen off as shown in the detailed photos. Well, all we could really show you then was a scan of the brochure for the car. After all, Bugatti wanted to keep the car secret prior to its showing at this weekend’s Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este in Cernobbio, situated rather prettily by Lake Como, and hadn’t issued any pictures.
Mazda's rotary engine stalled, not forgotten
Wed, 20 Oct 2010Development of the next-generation rotary engine from Mazda Motor Corp., first unveiled three years ago, is making slow progress despite missing emissions targets. A top Mazda powertrain executive said today that the 1.6-liter rotary engine, called the 16X, is about 30 percent more fuel-efficient than the current rotary engine used in the RX-8 sporty car. In fact, the 16X so far performs slightly better than Mazda's standard two-liter gasoline engine, said Mitsuo Hitomi, general manager of the Japanese carmaker's powertrain division.

Wed, 31 Jul 2013The Jaguar XKR-S GT (pictured at Goodwood FoS) will be available in the UK At the New York Auto Show in the spring, the Jaguar XKR-S GT was revealed as a track inspired, but road legal, version of the XKR-S to be sold in limited numbers and only for the US market. At first we thought the XKR-S GT was destined for both the US and UK, but it quickly became clear that Jaguar intended their XKR-S GT just for the US. Which seemed a shame.
