Great working condition front differential assembly from a 1996 ford explorer 4x4 with 3.73 gear ratio. You can see it is internally in great shape. Obviously the fluid has been drained and will need to be filled after installation, as well as resealing the diff cover.

May fit other years, may also fit rangers, mountaineers etc, but I will leave this up to the buyer to research. If you call your dealership they can probably tell you if the part will interchange.
The rust you see on the housing is dried rusty water from an exploded radiator hose, the housing is aluminum and can't actually rust.

Your purchase is guaranteed for 30 days, the guarantee does not cover wear items such as rubber bushings, bearing, seals etc. and in most cases these parts should be replaced with new items before installation. Returns will only be accepted if the item arrives in non working condition or not as pictured. Returns will not be accepted because the wrong part was purchased, or buyer fails to properly install the part.  Any damage caused while in buyer's possession voids return policy.

Local pick up is always welcomed. Any questions, feel free to ask! Buyers outside the continental US contact me for a shipping quote. As always your purchase is guaranteed, returns are accepted only if the item arrives in non working condition or not as pictured.

2009 Ford KA Review – Running Costs

Tue, 09 Jun 2009

Cars UK [rating:4.0] The Ford KA is economical around town with either the petrol or diesel engine But the diesel car comes at a £700 premium and frankly, unless you are a very high mileage motorist, the additional cost of diesel, and the relatively small real-world difference in fuel consumption, makes the petrol car the better buy. The petrol car is also nicer to drive. Residual values were always a weak point with Ford.

Citroen has upgraded the C5 with what must go down as one of the lightest facelifts yet seen on a 'new' car. However, there's been more significant change beneath the surface, headlined by a fresh satellite navigation interface. Is this really a new 2012 Citroen C5?

Australia's Holden to cease production after 2017, GM says

Wed, 11 Dec 2013

General Motors, in the latest blow to Australia's auto industry, will end vehicle and engine manufacturing and scale back engineering operations in the country by the end of 2017. The company's Holden unit, a mainstay in Australia for decades, cited the high cost of manufacturing in one of the world's smallest but most competitive markets and one that has also been upended by a steady rise in imports, mostly from southeast Asia. There has been widespread speculation of the move in recent days and earlier Tuesday, in Australia, GM officials said no decision had been made.
