Renault replaces Scenic with Renault Scenic XMOD Crossover
Mon, 04 Feb 2013The Renault Scenic is no more, to be replaced by a rufty-tufty crossover with a raised ride height called the Renault Scenic XMOD. But Renault think they have the answer to the problem and are following the lead of partner Nissan – who junked their mainstream cars and replaced them with crossovers (step forward the Qashqai and Juke) – by dumping the Scenic and replacing it with the Scenic XMOD. The Renault Scenic XMOD isn’t a new car, but the Scenic with a facelift, raised ride height, butch bolt on bits and a nod to 4WD with a new Grip Xtend Traction control system.
Infiniti JX Tease – we made it to the end!

Well, apart from the interior, that is, but we’ll have to wait until Pebble for that. This time Infiniti tease us with the only view we haven’t had so far of the JX - the front three quarters.
Help Carr Magazine produce its next issue with Kickstarter
Wed, 05 Jun 2013Carr Magazine, the insider publication for the car design community, is reaching out via its Kickstarter campaign to fund its fifth issue. Carr has always prided itself on ad-free pages and continual focus on the future of car design but to do this needs some help from its readers as the team looks to improve its circulation and bolster content. Their previous methods of content collection, publication and distribution have occasionally been hampered by purposefully small team but with this campaign they are aiming to produce more of the same quality content and distribute it faster and more efficiently to their truly global audience.
