RETURNS & WARRANTY

On most of our items, our return policy is within 3 days.  This means that we need to be contacted via phone or email within that period of time.  We test our items before listing, however, in the event there is an issue, we will refund your purchase price plus shipping.  We will ask you to ship the item back and we will verify the serial # is correct and then refund accordingly.
