USED aftermarket (Compustar, Arctic Start, NuStart) keyless entry auto-start alarm remote transmitter fob, S/N: 018525, FCC ID: O44JR5120AMSH (044JR5120AMSH, O44JR512OAMSH), IC: 7087A-R5120AM. I purchased this remote used and have no information regarding its history. The remote was tested using a wireless RF remote tester. Signal was detected for all buttons. The blue indicator light also flashed when each button was pressed. This is in no way a guarantee (or even a claim) that the remote functions properly. It simply means that my wireless RF remote tester detected signal from the remote when the buttons were pressed. The remote is being sold AS IS. 2012 Zafira Tourer revealed
Wed, 18 May 20112012 Vauxhall Zafira Tourer - pretty much the same as the concept GM’s European arms of Vauxhall and Opel managed to tease us with the Zafira Tourer Concept back in February with a hologram of the new 7-seat Zafira hovering over the iPad of designer Mark Adams. Which if we have to have new cars teased this was at least a thought-out and original way to go. Fast forward a couple of weeks and we saw the Zafira Tourer Concept turning up at the Geneva Motor Show as a future big brother for the Zafira and potential competition for the Ford S-Max.
Concept Car of the Week: Honda Kiwami (2003)
Fri, 11 Apr 2014As part of Honda's exploration into new, clean-performing technologies, the Kiwami concept was created to test public acceptance of the idea of a large, fuel cell-powered luxury sedan. Unveiled in 2003, the simple yet striking design seemed like a Japanese twist on the Renault Vel Satis concept, which shared a similar wedge profile, wide stance and minimalist approach. However, the Kiwami found its own interpretation of modern luxury, expressed through elegantly integrated technology rather than with crystal champagne glasses. Up front, a full-width LED strip headlamp sat flush with the flat bonnet and the rectangular bumper to create a design of primitive beauty. Further examples of the same simple Japanese aesthetic are found around the car, including the uncluttered body panels and a full-width tail-lamp graphic that matched the front theme. The dramatic proportions of the interior were closely related to the package of the hydrogen power plant. Unlike other manufacturers at the time, Honda engineers did not create a 'skateboard' fuel cell chassis below the cabin. Instead, a sideways H-shaped layout for the control unit, ultracapacitor, fuel cell stack, hydrogen storage and other components was used, helping to create a lower center of gravity.
