Amc 258 engine, came out of a 1974 CJ5. Block has no visible cracking or issues, bores are not bad, judging by the lack of oversize marks on the pistons I believe its a virgin bore. Has some surface rust on the cylinders, nothing that wont hone right out. Little carbon buildup on the pistons but that's it. I will pop off a main and rod cap or two for any seriously interested buyer, to give a idea of what condition the crank is in. Engine sold as a shortblock, does not include timing chain or timing cover but does include block, pistons, connecting rods, crank, caps, large amounts of grease, and oil pan.
