Increased Rev Limit! Stage 2 vs Stage 3? Basically the Stage 3 has a more aggressive timing curve vs the stage 2, and a slightly higher rev limit. Stage 3 users generally notice more low end throttle response. Stage 3 works great on stock motors, even better with after market exhaust/air/ect. Both Stage 2 and Stage 3 operate well within the engine's tolerances. Stage 2 is recommended for bone stock setup with no intentions of adding any aftermarket exhaust or air intake. Stage 3 is recommended for slightly higher performance on a stock setup, and highly recommended for users with aftermarket exhaust/air or have plans for them in future. McLaren MP4-12C performance specs released
Sun, 13 Feb 2011The twin-turbo, 3.8-liter V8 in the McLaren MP4-12C sports car cranks out 592 hp at 7,000 rpm, according to factory performance specs released on Sunday. The engine hits its torque peak of 443 lb-ft at 3,000 rpm and holds it up to 7,000 rpm. That power gives the MP4-12C a top speed of 205 mph.

The next instalment of A-Class goodness will be the arrival of the ‘Baby CLS’ – the Mercedes CLA – which sets out to emulate the CLS with a swoopy coupe design expected to change little from the impressive Mercedes Concept Style Coupe we saw at the Beijing Motor Show in April. And if the new CLA looks just like the Style Concept then Mercedes will almost certainly have another hugely successful model in the A-Class range to bolster sales towards its aim of 2.6 million Mercedes sales a year by 2020.
