Carburetor ! For parts, rebuild, or core ... Exact year, application,
and history unknown ... The Carburetor is made of brass and the mounting
elbow appears to be cast iron ... I don't see any cracks or broken
mounting ears ... The throttle and what appears to be a choke plate move
... When I tip the Carburetor I can hear the float move ... The air horn
inlet measures approx. 1 3/4" OD ... The four intake flange to engine
mounting holes on the elbow measure approx. 3" and 7/8" center to center

Wed, 19 Dec 2007By Tim Pollard Motor Industry 19 December 2007 11:36 The latest round of Euro NCAP results are announced today, with another round of high scores from a range of superminis and family cars. But none of the cars tested could manage more than three stars for pedestrian protection. Daihatsu's Materia supermini and, surprisingly, the Honda Civic trailed the pack with only four stars for occupant safety, but the Merc C-class, Renault Laguna, Volvo V70 and – impressively – the tiny Mazda 2 all came out with the top score.
Audi A5 Coupe – the aluminium future.
Wed, 30 Sep 2009Audi has built a lightweight A5 with aluminium body. Audi has taken a standard existing steel-bodied production car as its basis and utilised Audi’s Aluminium Space Frame which reduces the weight of the car body by at least 40% compared to a conventional steel bodied car. The result on the A5 is a drop in weight of 240 lbs (not quite the complete aluminium future Jaguar are working towards).

Thu, 15 Mar 2012SEAT Leon FR+ Supercopa SEAT UK has launched a special edition Leon – the SEAT Leon FR+ Supercopa - with a new sporty look and extra features. Last year we got the SEAT Leon FR+ bolted on to the Leon range in the UK as a top of the range Leon aimed at extracting a bit more from Leon customers, 25 per cent of whom were already opting for the previous range topper, the Leon FR. That plan obviously worked as SEAT has now added yet another model above the FR+ in the guise of the FR+ Supercopa which offer a special edition styling kit for a sportier look.
