This is a Artex C406-1HM Helicopter Emergency Locator Transmitter Kit PN 455-5016 in new surplus condition. It includes the ELT and mounting tray PN 453-5003, rod antenna PN 110-338, remote switch kit PN 455-6196, installation kit PN 455-7421, and other small parts. Everything is in the original manufacturer's packaging and includes all original documentation. This ELT's country code is -366, which means it is designated for use in the United States; it operates on 121.5, 243, and 406Mhz frequencies and is Cospas/Sarsat certified. Please note that the battery in the ELT expired in 2013 and will need to be replaced before use. The replacement battery PN is 452-0133. We are selling it as-is; it will be the buyer's responsibility to replace the battery in this unit.
