Great graphics on the original box.

All seven bulbs are new and unused.

Box is in fine condition, considering its age on a shelf.  Some minor rips and overall age darkening. Flaps are all intact.

Probably from the late 1940s or into the '50s.

I have a large estate lot of vintage automobile bulbs and other accessories to sell, unused and in their original boxes, and will be offering them on my site on an ongoing basis.

MINI gets a BMW 2.0 litre diesel

Sun, 03 May 2009

BMW 2.0 litre diesel in a MINI raises the prospect of a MINI John Cooper Works diesel [ad#ad-1] Just like every other car maker, MINI is trying to find a way to give their cars extra eco-kudos but still be able to deliver what their customers want. Hybrids, electric cars and other ‘eco-friendly’ options are one way to go, but diesels, with their extra torque and modern power, can deliver much of what a zippy little petrol unit can (even if they do lose some of the subtlety). So BMW are looking at ways to inject a little more economy in to the MINI Cooper, and if possible a little more power.

The Crosstour is based on the Accord sedan but gets a bolder grille and wedged-shaped C-pillars. The Crosstour is similar to the Acura ZDX concept shown at the New York auto show, but that was based on a different platform.

Audi A3 concept (2011) at 2011 Geneva motor show

Tue, 01 Mar 2011

Strip away the big wheels, give it a few numberplates and you're looking at the next Audi A3. Audi unveiled this thinly veiled production car at the 2011 Geneva motor show this morning. So this is the next Audi A3? Pretty much, although while it is undoubtedly a sharp looking saloon, from the front three-quarter angle you’d be hard pushed to work out whether this was an A3 or A6.
