B737 Fire Suppression Panel (fire Handles) on 2040-parts.com
Greater Hobart, TAS, AU
Fire handles from Boeing 737 aircraft.
Ideal for flight simulation use. All indicators, handles, bulbs and switches are in operational order. Slight crack to light plate, however, the crack is small and is not visible when looking at the unit despite it being very visible in the photograph. The NO2 red fire handle is a darker shade of red than the other two red plates. This is easy changeable, however, as this unit is as is from an aircraft this is how it was removed. The red covers are not damaged or cracked but do show service wear and tear as you would expect from a used aircraft part.
The unit has been prepared for conversion to flight simulator by connecting wires and a wiring harness. At the moment back lighting is connected as is basic functionality. For complete functionality conversion and wiring will be required.
Unit has NOT been cleaned and will look much better when the dirt and grime has been washed off!
The unit is being sold as it's no longer required.
Fire handles do not commonly appear on e-bay; therefore, this is your opportunity to purchase, at a reasonable price, a set partly converted to FS use.
Postage within the lower 48 states of USA is FREE. Overseas postage (outside of USA) will be at cost.
Note that item located in California, USA and NOT located in Australia. Item will be dispatched from California
Throttle is not part of the sale and is to show the fire handles mounted in the pedestal. Photographs do not do this unit justice.
No hidden fees, no PayPal fees, free postage....

Maserati shows Alfieri concept at the Geneva motor show
Tue, 04 Mar 2014It's named the Alfieri concept, which Maserati will be the first to tell you is not the "Guyfieri." Otherwise, it'd come with a golden roof, a Ferrari V8 slathered in beer batter, and a deep-fried interior reeking of Cheetos and desperation. Make that balsamic vinegar, according to Maserati, the dark condiment evidently imbued with "a centenary tradition of craftsmanship and passion." Much like Maserati's celebration of its 100-year history at this Geneva auto show, as represented by the silver ingot shown above. Indeed the Alfieri concept, a gorgeous wide-grilled sports car more in line with the Porsche 911 than its own GranTurismo, is a celebration of Alfieri Maserati, one of the five brothers who founded the eponymous company.
Porsche 911 RS models through the ages – on video
Fri, 26 Mar 2010By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 26 March 2010 06:35 Porsche GB has issued a rather cool video detailing the history of the 911 RS models – filmed in situ at the new Porsche Experience Centre in Silverstone.Unlike most corporate videos, this one is remarkably free of commercial sells – although we should remember its presenter will be a tad biased! But we're posting it here because we reckon it's a great video guide to the most hardcore of 911s, tracing the history of the lightweight Renn Sport specials all the way back from the 1973 original up to the present day.>> Rip-off or rip-rorting? Porsche 911 Sport Classic introduced
Wed, 02 Sep 2009Porsche has announced a Limited Edition Porsche 911 that will launch at Frankfurt - The Porsche 911 Sport Classic Porsche has plundered its history to build in to the 911 Sport Classic styling cues from the past. The Sport Classic gets a ‘Duck-Tail’ rear spoiler (thank you, 1973 Carrera RS 2.7) and ‘Fuchs-Style’ alloys (ditto – at least in terms of chronology). You can also throw in to the mix a double-bubble roof (Carrera GT et al) and black surrounds to the headlights, which is evocative of the 1970s Porsche racers. So having thrown every design cue that fits from its history, what else does the 911 SC get?
