Benelli Double Sided Dual Single Leading Shoe Front Brake. As you see this front hub has been completely gone through and rebuilt for race or street application.

  • The shoes are from Vintage Brake.  The linings were stripped of the old lining material, prepped and lined with new Ferodo race linings and fitted to the hub.
  • The Ferodo linings were fitted to the backing plate and machined to match the arch of the hub radius of each drum in a lathe, so these are "properly arced to fit both sides of the Benelli drums diameters."
  • The wheel bearings are class C3 double sealed balls to handle high speeds.

This is a beautiful 36 hole front hub that will stop your vintage racer on a dime or add value to your vintage bike restoration. These brakes are hard to come by and rarely are found in this condition.

If you are looking for a highly functional front drum brake with a WOW factor then you have to have a Benelli Dual Double Leading Dual Finned Drum Brake. This front hub will change the look of your bike!

Please take note that there was a small crack in the right backing plate has been repaired. I have taken close up pictures of the repaired crack in the 8th and 10th photo. If you were not looking for it you wouldn't see it.

Ford reveals S-Max concept ahead of 2013 Frankfurt motor show

Thu, 29 Aug 2013

Here's another one that'll probably go straight into the “not bound for United States shores” file: the Ford S-Max concept, which will make its grand debut at the 2013 Frankfurt motor show. Ford says the S-Max previews a “future sport activity vehicle,” which may, in fact, be contemporary PR-speak for “mini-minivan.” Look beyond the carbon-fiber interior detailing (and add some door handles) and you'll see a vehicle that looks more or less production-ready. The S-Max concept isn't too wildly sculpted, sharing styling cues with current Fords (including the Fiesta, Escape/Kuga, C-Max and Fusion/Mondeo) -- from the creases on the hood to the high, hexagonal grille to the stainless steel trim surrounding the greenhouse.

Thu, 05 Jun 2014

ALONGSIDE charges for plastic bags, the Queen’s Speech also contained legislation that will change the way England’s motorways and major A-roads are managed. As part of the Infrastructure Bill, the changes will see the current Highways Agency (HA) transformed into a Government-owned company. Behind the move is a desire by the Government to save taxpayers at least £2.6 billion over the next 10 years.
