This is a pair of Big Block Chevy header flanges for 2 1/2 inch tubes.  These are custom made to be the highest quality flange possible.  These are laser-cut out of custom milled sheets of 3/8 inch (.375) 4100 series, high-carbon, hot rolled steel.  The steel is custom milled for a company that manufactures saw blades and bore saws for commercial use.  It is the highest quality we could find.  These are made in the USA and even the mill that makes the steel makes their steel in the USA. These are the same flanges we use on all of our custom headers.
