Boat Lift switch, also known as Motor Reverse or Drum Switch for 1 Phase or 3 Phase usage....fits most common Lift applications. Brand new, never used in original box. All switches are tested and in top shape. They come in their own polycarbonate enclosure and are watertight. Mfg is Salzer ..wiring diagram is in the box and can be email to interested party prior to sale. Legend plate reads UP-OFF-DOWN..can also be used for hoists and other applications that require a motor reverse switch.

Microsoft Windows in the Car to rival Apple CarPlay

Microsoft Microsoft has announced a concept version of the Windows operating system aimed at in-car entertainment for the connected car. Although details are limited at this stage, 'Windows in the Car' is set to challenge the already confirmed Apple CarPlay and Google’s Open Automotive Alliance, which is also aiming to bring the Android OS into vehicles. Windows in the Car: features, apps, technology As with the rival options, Microsoft’s in-car OS would be based on its existing Windows Phone software, adapted to suit the different demands of the driving environment.

McLaren has released video of the development version of the new P1 supercar undergoing testing ahead of the production reveal at Geneva. We did think, when we got an email from McLaren entitled ‘The next steps towards production’ on the new P1, that we might get some concrete details on exactly what the P1 will offer in the way of specification and performance. But no such luck.

New JLR Engine Plant to be built in Wolverhampton Update 19th September: Jaguar has now confirmed our story, although the cost is expected to be £335 million and the number of new jobs 750. We’d guess the 2,00 jobs we quoted in the original story includes jobs created in the supply chain. Work is expected to start on the new engine plant in early 2012.
