I have moved my 22 ft sailboat 300 miles away, and have given up my slip at the Rock Creek Marina near Perry, KS. I have a hydrolift in very good condition, that I didn't need to move because my new dock's slip already had one. So, I'd like to sell it to you. I bought it used two years ago. Worked for me the past two years with zero problems. The marina has quoted me a price of $500 if you want them to (a) move it to a different slip at their marina, or (b) disassemble it and load it on a trailer to move it somewhere else. I've taken that cost into account in my pricing. Should work with motorboat or sailboat, as my sailboat had an outboard on it that was no problem for the lift. Neither was the wing keel a problem.

BMW 4-Series Coupe concept [w/Gallery]

Wed, 05 Dec 2012

The BMW 4 Series Coupe concept will make its debut at next month's NAIAS in Detroit, when it will become the first model to wear the new 4er badge as it distances itself from the 3 Series sedan. While billed as a concept it is believed to be virtually production-ready. It offers little in the way of surprises in the wake of the F10 3 Series and larger 6 Series with traditional short front and long rear overhang proportions.

Porsche Panamera hits the heights in Shanghai

Wed, 22 Apr 2009

A Porsche Panamera on its way to the 94th floor of the World Financial Centre in Shanghai [ad#ad-1] The stories of car makers doing daft things with cars to garner a bit of publicity have been rarer of late. Which, considering the sombre mood of car makers and the car buying public in recent months, is no real surprise. Even Motor Shows have been relatively sombre affairs (the Detroit Motor Show was particularly muted in 2009), but China is still booming, and the Shanghai Motor Show has been pretty much an old fashioned, glitzy affair.

2012 Mini roadster revealed

Sat, 29 Oct 2011

Mini has revealed the definitive production version of its 2012 roadster. Sister car to the recently introduced coupe, alongside which it will be built at Mini's Oxford plant in England, the compact two-seater arrives a little more than two years after it was first shown in lightly veiled concept car guise at the 2009 Frankfurt motor show. Rival to the enduring Mazda Miata, the Mini roadster is planned to make its public debut at the Detroit auto show in January prior to going on sale in North America in mid-2012.
