Defective items must be reported within 5 days, starting from the delivered date shown on UPS/USPS website. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the 7 days deadline (WARRANTY NOT INCLUDED). All approved returning packages for a refund/exchange must be in perfect condition meaning, but not limited to, no signs of attempt installation, not customized, not painted, not scratched. All buyers must be responsible for confirming the fitment accuracy and application before installation. Non-approved returned packages will receive item price refund only.. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable in any circumstances, unless it is approved by Return Department. Please allow 10-15 business days for Return Department to process all the return transaction if the case is approved by proven evidence.
