For your consideration, this is a used (salt water) complete engine with transmission. This engine was tested before removing from a 1988 fish Nautique. Engine starts well, idles will, and throttles up well. The secondary's on the carburetor do not open, so engine starves for fuel on the top end. A new, or remanufactured carburetor will solve top end issue. The carburetor on the engine now is not factory. This particular engine would have a Holley carb from the factory. I would prefer local pick up, but will palletize the engine for freight if it helps. Shipping will be the buyers responsibility, and I would want reimbursed for any materials I have to use to crate. Good case in point is the introduction of diesel lumps across the range, although we find the new Infiniti M35h Hybrid potentially more appealing than the M30d (we’ve surprised ourselves there).
