BUCKET SEATS TAKEN FROM A ONE OWNER 84,000 MILE 1972 DATSUN 240Z.

THESE SEATS ARE AS NICE AS THEY COME.  THE PASSENGER SEAT IS COMPLETELY FREE OF ANY RIPS OR TEARS.  THE DRIVER SEAT HAS A SMALL RIP ON THE BOTTOM OUTSIDE PANEL AND ON THE BACK PANEL IN A SIMILAR LOCATION

I HAVE TAKEN PHOTOS OF THESE SMALL IMPERFECTIONS.

ONE OF THE CARRIAGE BOLTS ON THE DRIVER SEAT IS BROKEN, BUT IS AN EASY FIX WITH A NEW BOLT FROM HARDWARE STORE.

THE BLACK SEAT MECHANISMS ARE RUSTY AND STIFF, BUT TAKEN APART, AND SOAK IN SOME OIL SHOULD MAKE THEM FINE.  ALSO COULD USE A COAT OF BLACK PAINT TO MAKE THE SEATS MINT!

LOTS MORE PHOTOS IF YOU NEED TO SEE.

So Bentley has come up with a strategy to combat the ‘Planet Killing’ perception many have of its products – Bio-Fuels.

Mon, 15 Nov 2010

After four years of hyping its curvy, fluid Nagare styling philosophy--but developing only one production vehicle with the look--Mazda has changed design course. Now the Japanese carmaker wants to go with a simpler, more upscale style. So the design language seen in the Shinari concept car being unveiled at the Los Angeles auto show this week represents Mazda's future.
