I do not know ??? On the thermostat is stamped the following: (ILL U.S.A. 3-59 DV-3H 180) The center "copper" piece stamped A59- 180. I have tested the thermostat in a pot of water on a stove. It starts to open around 175 with full open around 182 degrees. On cool down reaches full closed again around 175. Function test performed twice before listing. Tue, 17 Mar 2009Karim Habib, former Team Leader for Advanced Design at BMW, joined Mercedes-Benz earlier this month, becoming Head of Advanced Design at the German automaker's Stuttgart studio. Habib will work under newly appointed Mercedes-Benz Head of Design, Gorden Wagener. Habib, who celebrates his 38th birthday today, was born in Beirut, Lebanon and attended elementary school in Iran, France and Greece before moving to Montreal, Canada in 1982.
Daihatsu FC ShoCase
Mon, 14 Nov 2011The FC ShoCase is the most unorthodox of the three concepts being previewed by Daihatsu prior to their unveil at the forthcoming Tokyo motoshow. The 'FC' in the name stands for fuel cell, and this concept is in essence a technology demonstrator for the company's next generation technology, which use no precious metals in their construction. Sitting – like its concept siblings – under the Kei car classification (it is just 3395mm long), the FC ShoCase nonetheless has space for four occupants, seated in exceptionally thin seats that fold down to create a secondary floor.

Despite the increase of size to 3547mm in length, traditional Smart iconography such as the tridon safety cell, three-spoke wheels and product-like execution – such as the inner lamp graphics – retain the brand identity.
