In the rare event that an item is not as described, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund. However, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. If for some reason, within 14 days of purchase, you are not satisfied with your item and want to return it, the item must be in the condition that you received it with all tags and original packaging. We will charge a 20% restocking fee on any returned item that is not due to a defect in the order. We will issue a credit for authorized returns upon receiving and inspecting the returned product. Warranty Returns - Warranty items will follow the manufacturers warranty policies. Toyota took the lead with hybrid technology a decade ago, and that’s gone from an expensive punt on new technology to a mainstay of Toyota production, with approaching 15 per cent of Toyotas now sold offering some degree of hybrid technology. Now, Toyota is about to take another expensive punt on new technology, this time with the launch of a hydrogen fuel cell car in Japan, the USA and Europe in 2015. The numbers won’t be huge, but they will be significant.

The newly appointed Kia President, Peter Schreyer, has now been made Hyundai President in charge of design too. Peter Schreyer’s success in making Kia a real design force led to him being appointed a Kia President at the end of 2012, handsome reward for the changes he’s wrought at Kia since leaving VW, turning Kia’s range of cars from stodgy to convincing in a few short years. But Kia is the junior partner in the Hyundai-Kia business, so Hyundai are obviously not totally thrilled that Kia managed to snaffle a designer who’s eye manages to so convincingly hit the Zeitgeist firmly on the head.

Group Lotus, not to be confused with Formula One's Team Lotus, is trying its hand at grassroots racing. The Lotus Racing Karts team will unveil its first 2012 model at the annual Autosport International event on Jan. 14, 2012, in Birmingham in the United Kingdom.
