FIERO CUSTOM DASH TRIM PANEL KIT FOR ALL NON GT / FORMULA / SE - 3 PIECES
These Lexan trim panels are black tinted and are designed to give your Fiero a new and different look.
These Lexan Panels have same mounting holes that your stock panels have (no double sided tape needed except for the shifter trim panel) so you just use the existing screws that hold your stock trim in place to mount them.
They directly replace/mount over your stock silver trim panels for a perfect fit.
- The Gauge trim panel can be mounted over or in place of the stock trim piece. They do not have cutouts for the warning indicators (i.e. Temp, Ajar, etc) as the light from the them will pass through the tinted panel. This provides a kind of cleaned up look to the dash and yet you can still see your warning indicators.
- The Shifter trim panel mounts over top of the existing trim using double sided tape (not included). It will fit Auto, 4 or 5 speed transmissions (PLEASE SPECIFY). It has a shift pattern label for 4 or 5 speed.
- The Center dash panel (A/C and Stereo panel) is designed to be mounted over top of the existing trim panel as it contains the A/C vents.
I came up with these as my Fiero Digital Dash Kit uses similiar panels that are included in that kit. Of course these Panels are designed specifically to allow you to view your stock gauges. Porsche, Volkswagen work out more sale details, may use Auto Union name
Thu, 13 Aug 2009Porsche and Volkswagen have broadly agreed on sale terms, and the name Auto Union may be resurrected, Reuters reports. The new entity could be led by Volkswagen CEO Martin Winterkorn, and Porsche would retain some independence--similar to Audi's setup within the Volkswagen Group. Porsche would be the 10th brand in the company.

Wed, 10 Sep 2014“If I was to buy any sports car that wasn't a Mercedes, it'd be a Porsche 911,” says Mercedes' head of design, Gorden Wagener. “But when you see the two cars together, we think ours has the edge.” He's talking about the new Mercedes-AMG GT, a front-mid engined, two-seater sports car that's unashamedly aimed at higher-end 911s, and we've come to see it at Mercedes' Sindelfingen studio. The GT replaces the larger SLS, and is seen by Wagener as the best example yet of his 'sensual purity' design philosophy: “The SLS is very much [he gestures] line, line with a surface in between. With the GT we started with the surface and worked to refine and reduce the number of lines.” Elements of the SLS's platform have been carried over, so the GT measures the same 1,939mm wide.
