These are in excellent condition for their age.( they were not stored outside.)  When my Dad took these off the Model T 50+ years ago, they were put inside a dry garage and have been there up until now. and they are still there. The radiator looks and appears to be in exceptional condition. The same for the rear end. They both need to be cleaned up. The radiator has not been tested.   It weighs probably 40-45 pounds. Very heavy. The rear end seems to be complete, except for 1 axle nut, brake linings on one side and both drums. Look closely at all the pictures.  There is one tag on the radiator I can't quite make it out. It seems to be faded from age. I believe these are from a brass era  T, 1924-27. These parts will be sold as is.

This day in Autoweek history: The 1976 Chevrolet Chevette

Wed, 21 Sep 2011

Today in Autoweek history, we look back to the week of September 20, 1975, when Corey Farley gave us a look at the new 1976 Chevrolet Chevette. The B-segment (for 1976, anyway) newcomer weighed in at a scant 1,998 pounds and carried an equally lightweight MSRP of $2,899. Farley described how the Chevette handled some of the rigors of testing, which included hauling four journalists and their camera equipment around the Black Lake testing facility in Milford, Mich.

Japanese Grand Prix (2011) RESULT

Sun, 09 Oct 2011

Japanese Grand Prix 2011 The reality of the 2011 Japanese Grand Prix is not about who wins the race, but whether Sebastian Vettel can grab the single point needed to clinch the 2011 F1 Drivers title. And from the start he looked like he’d taken a leaf of the Schumacher/Senna book on how to finish off an opponent as he forced Jenson Button off on to the grass as the Brit came powering up his inside from the start. The normally unflappable Button was straight on the pit radio demanding the stewards act, but it’s rare for the stewards to dish out penalties for a scrap in the mêlée of the start, and so it was in this case.
