The auction is for ONE set Forkshrink 360, comprising of 2 sleeves offering 360 degree Upper fork protection for those expensive & very important USD (Upside Down) motorcycle forks. They are made from a unique toughened polymer which offers 360 degree bespoke protection for your forks, unlike any other product on sale today. Each sleeve is Glue lined internally to ensure the product stays put & protects the areas most vulnerable to damage when fitted to your forks.   

If you have a set of forks which are showing their age, Forkshrink 360 will mask the imperfections as well as protect them from further wear.

The 2009 Ford Focus RS - Good for 164mph [ad#ad-1] Ford in Austria has finally let loose some concrete information on the much anticipated 2009 Ford Focus RS, which looks set to be one barn-stormer of a car. With almost 300bhp, a 0-60 time in the high 5 seconds and a top speed of 164mph, the Focus RS looks an enticing package for the boy racers. Austrian prices are quoted at €39,000, which at today’s rotten rates equates to about £32.5k.

International Transport Design Forum 2008

The biennial International Transportation Design Forum at Pforzheim University in Germany took place on July 10, with five international design schools coming together to present and discuss the latest work of their students. Held this year at the Congress Center Pforzheim, the Design Forum was held in conjunction with the annual summer degree show where Diploma and Masters students presented their graduation work. The event was chaired by Transportation Design Professor James Kelly who welcomed the tutors and their accompanying students to the event.

Citroën Cactus concept with Air Bump technology confirmed for Frankfurt debut [w/Video]

Citroën's Cactus concept featuring a mysterious sounding 'Air Bump' technology will be taking center stage at the carmaker's stand at this year's Frankfurt motor show. The carmaker has released just one image of the concept along with a 21-second video (see left) showing a spongy panel labeled ‘Air Bump' being poked. Although this doesn't really tell us much about what this new technology actually does, we suspect the panels featured in the video are inserted into the bumper and can protect it from the smaller-scale collisions that can happen in everyday life.
