Three unused but older design cast aluminum General Hydrodynamics  marine water jet drive systems. This is one purchase of three jets. These are rated at 165HP and are AXIAL design jets, that is, higher thrust at lower pressure. Shafts are stainless steel @1.5 inches and are keyed.  Impeller diameter is 7.5 inches.   I purchased these for a boat project that didn't go through. There is one complete jet with steering and reverse bucket, and 2 without steering and reverse bucket. Also included are 8 additional impellers. The whole works will be crated and shipped on a pallet, buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Local pickup available in Misson BC Canada.

2013 Volkswagen CC prices start at $31,070

Volkswagen announced that pricing for its 2013 CC sedan will begin at $31,070. That's about two grand more than the 2012 model. For 2013, the coupe-look sedan will offer six trim lines: two sport, two luxury, an R-Line and the 4Motion Executive.

China's BAIC interested in Fisker Atlantic model

A delegation from Beijing Automotive Group, or BAIC traveled to Fisker's facilities in California over the weekend, China Daily is reporting is reporting. BAIC has expressed interest in the Fisker Atlantic electric car, a vehicle that was at one point slated for production until Fisker ran into money problems back in March. Since that time, a number of Chinese automakers in addition to BAIC have shown interest in the technology.
