Provides outstanding protection against run-in wear and piston scuffing

GM Part # 1051858

Group 8.800

GM E.O.S. Assembly Lubricant is specifically formulated as an engine assembly lubricant.  E.O.S. Assembly Lubricant provides outstanding protection against run-in wear and piston scuffing as well as run-in camshaft lobe and lifter scuffing from insufficient lubrication.

This is what everyone is looking for as it is the early product that was discontinued and reformulated whereas the newer formula does not contain the same amount of zinc additive.

Use on crank and cam bearings, pour on bearings and journals prior to installation.  Dip base if valve lifters, pour on camshaft lobes and through lifter ports, oil pump, piston and ring assembly and entire engine surface to protect engine during start-up and break-in period.
