This boot is from a 1972 Suzuki GT550 I bought with the intention of putting back on the road.  As it turns out, it's in worse overall condition than I thought and worth more for parts, so I'll work an different project instead.

I don't know much about the history of the bike... best I can tell from the license plate and title, the bike was probably last on the road in 1984.  The title was signed and dated as sold in 1987.  The odometer reads 24,000 plus miles.  The guy I got it from said he found it in a barn last February and after riding it around a field awhile it died.  He said he put new points in it and it hasn't run since.

After removing this boot, I spryed it with WD40 to loosen up the dust that had accumulated on it over the years.  It cleaned up really well, but you'll likley want to clean it some more prior to use.  The rubber is pretty soft and pliable, and you can see in the pictures that I'm able to squeeze the rubber... and it doesn't take a whole of effort.

Please look closely at the pictures and ask questions if you need to before bidding.

I'll combine shipping with other items I have for sell if you happen to win multiple items.
