JUST THE PAD ON THIS THING RETAILS FOR NEARLY $70 ON THE NET.  THIS IS THE BAR, PAD, AND BRACKETS.  NO HARDWARE BUT IT SHOULD USE YOUR EXITING STRUT BOLTS LIKE MINE.
