We recently recieved a negative feedback from a customer and i just wanted to give a brief explanantion below. The customer said they loved the swingarm but our service was rude and disrespectful and i take huge issue with this. For the last year and a half customer service has been our number 1 priority. We value our customers more than anything, they can call or txt or email us anytime. This feedback was so ridiculous i feel i had to explain it on all my listings so here it is. This customer emailed us about his order which is at the bottom, our reply is just above it, our reply is what the customer considered rude and disrespectful, he said he is 44 years old and does not need to be told what "business days are". The only reason i explained that is because he said he was supposed to recieve his arm in 14 days, when the listing clearly says 10-15 business days to build, so i figured he did not know what business days meant, for that we got our first negative feedback in over a year!

It seems Renault are determined to prove that an electric car – in this case the Renault Zoe EV – can travel sensible distances in a sensible period of time. So they set out to run a pair of production spec Renault Zoes round the Aubevoye speed ring in Normandy for a full twenty four hours with the aim of breaking the record for distance travelled in an electric car in that time (yes, there’s a world record for everything these days).
