UP FOR SALE:  Used SPEEDOMETER CABLE from a 1996 Honda ELITE SR50 Moped/Scooter. May fit other years of Honda Elites, but not 100% sure. This Cable turns freely & was working fine when removed. The cable measures roughly 40 inches in length. Both cable ends are in great shape. The end of the cable that goes to the speedometer is nice & square, not rounded. Please see pictures # 6 & 7. This DOES HAVE LIGHT SCRATCHES & SCUFFS & COULD USE A GOOD CLEANING. As with all used cables, it should be lubed before installing, but that's your call. Just wanting to be as honest as possible. Please take the time to view all the pictures shown above.  This a great deal for an ELITE owner out there.  Please look closely at the pictures above to see what you'll be getting. All used parts are NOT 100% PERFECT.  This is being sold AS IS/NO RETURN. As always, listed with a fair buy it now price. Thanks   for   looking!!

Volvo is working on cordless charging for electric cars

Imagine not having to actually exit and plug in your electric car (assuming you have an electric car to plug in), and instead just parking it over a special parking spot. That's the promise of a new technology that Volvo is working on, and if taken to the mass market once made commercially viable, it means electric cars will be able to recharge just by sitting over a charger built into the parking spot's surface. That would certainly eliminate the need for those bulky upright chargers that are spreading around the country.
